cylindrical roller bearings with round bottom,
for carrying heavy axial loads. In addition, they are not sensitive to impact loads, have high strength and require little axial space for installation. They are also made in a row and can carry the axial load from one side.

Cylindrical roller bearings with round bottom
The product has a simple design and consists of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a shelf along with a number of rolls.
In cases where the location of the rolling bearings is suitable, it is possible to remove the casing and shaft washers and use the shelves and casings themselves, but in any case the location of this set must be rigid and paid. For this reason, usually the entire rolling bearings have a unique number and each of its components also has a separate number.
A specific type of roller bearing is produced that, by having a higher number of coils, has a higher load-bearing capacity than the standard type, but also has a lower rotational speed.
In other cases, where low speed or high accuracy is not required, for example, scraper washers or scraper washers may be used instead of housing and shaft washers.
In some series of these types of bearings, the roller bearings can be converted into a two-sided (axial load-bearing direction on both sides) by using a middle washer and two series of baglet shelves.
No asymmetry is allowed in these rolling bearings. Their shelves are also generally made of light alloys, copper and in some cases fiber, in which case the bearing operates up to a temperature of 120 ° C.
In the case of parts of the machine that are in contact with the roller bearings, points such as having the right angle to the axis of the shaft are of particular importance. If the bearings themselves are not used, the hardness of the surface on which the roller shelves are placed should be between 58HRC and 64HRC and the surface unevenness should be up to 0.2μm.
