Valve lubrication, are resistant to CO2, H2S, water vapor and hydrocarbon compounds and are used for sealing and waterproofing industrial seals. Due to the special formulation and additives used, this product is very stable and adhesive and remains in place in contact with chemicals or inappropriate operating conditions, undissolved or washed.
Use of valve lubrication
It is suitable for the internal flow and drainage of various types of industrial valves (Gate, Ball, Plug, etc.) and by creating a flow layer on the internal parts of the valve while reducing the torque needed to open and close it, it prevents wear and corrosion of the internal parts in contact with the fluid.
Valve lubrication properties
- Excellent thermal stability and oxidation at high temperatures
 - Degradable and harmless to the environment due to vegetable base oil
 - Preventing wear and corrosion of the internal parts of the valve that are in contact with corrosive fluids
 - Excellent chemical resistance and proper adhesion to the inner surface of the milk, which prevents it from being washed or dissolved by the fluid flow.
 - Wide application temperature range from -15 to 180 °C
