Needle roller bearing, have cylindrical shapes, but their diameter is small compared to their length, which, despite this feature, has a high load-bearing capacity and is suitable for applications where the available space is small.
Needle roller bearing
In this product, the lack of contact of the ends of the coils with the edges of the bearing avoids the concentration of tension in the corners.
There are varieties of shell-drawn roller bearings that can be open-bottomed and closed-bottomed, as well as needle roller bearings with or without an inner ring.

Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings
As the name suggests, their outer ring is thin and deepened. They have low thickness and high bearing capacity and must be installed with interlocking fit.
The large amount of space inside them allows for longer intervals of psychotherapy. The majority of them are in a row, but some sizes are also available in two rows.
Most of them also have special psychological holes (AS1 suffix). Needle roller bearings with a rubber symbol bowl are also produced, the material of which is synthetic asbestos or polyurethane and operate at temperatures of 20 ° C to 100 ° C +. Angular asymmetry is possible to some extent due to their special design.
Since it is not possible to accurately measure the dimensions of the needle roller bearings before installation inside the housing and on the shaft, a thick-walled gauge is used.
The majority of these types of roller bearings are manufactured with thin or conventional steel sheet glass windows, and in special cases fiber types may also be available.
Due to the thin walls of these types of rolling bearings, the dimensional accuracy of the hole of the housing is of particular importance. If the tolerance of the housing is in accordance with the values of the table above, the rolling bearings will need to be fitted. The location of the bearing on the shaft must also be carefully machined.
These types of rolling bearings are basically made of carbon-chromium steels and, while having a low thickness, have a high load-bearing capacity and may or may not have an inner ring, depending on the application.
If possible, it is better not to use the inner ring than to use it, because in this case the shaft diameter can be made larger and consequently the system will have more strength, but in any case in cases where the location of the bearing on the shaft cannot be properly hardened and stoned, the inner ring should also be used.
Needle Roller Bearings
These rolling bearings are produced in one-row and sometimes two-row varieties, with variations in internal or external integrated edges and in some cases with special grooves and holes. Some types of these rolling bearings are also produced with rubber ball bowls.
Corrections in the contact line between the shaft and the bearing minimize the problem of edge stresses and allow for a small angular asymmetry between the shaft and the housing. Their screw window can be made of thin or conventional steel sheet material and in some series fiber.
The roller bearing in their inner ring is paid for and must be paid for accurately after installation. In those rolling bearings that do not have an inner ring, choosing the appropriate tolerance for the shaft results in a suitable gap in the bearing after installation.
