Lithium Complex Grease

Lithium complex grease has better thermal and mechanical resistance than conventional lithium non-toxic grease. Therefore, it is also used in certain industrial applications, such as:

This product is designed and manufactured on the basis of lithium complex soap and the most desirable mineral oils. Lithium hydroxystearate complex soap gives the product excellent mechanical stability and very high thermal resistance.

The mineral oils desired in this grease have very good resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Therefore, it gives the product excellent psychological capability in the temperature range of -20 to + 200 degrees Celsius.

Lithium complex grease, like Lithium EP grease, has good stress resistance. Hence, it can easily shrink bearings under stress and high mechanical loads.

This product has anti-corrosion and anti-fouling additives to protect it from metal surfaces. In addition, this grease has very good adhesion to metal surfaces and is completely waterproof and washable.

It should be noted that the color of the lithium complex grease and other products does not indicate the properties of the product in any way, the color of the grains used is only for the beautification of the products and is possible according to the customer’s request.

Also, the smell of lithium grease and other products is affected by solid additives and base oil of the grease. Therefore, depending on the amount and type of material used, the smell of the grease is variable and does not indicate the properties and desirability of the product.
