Rolling oil is a component of special lubricants used in the cold rolling process to control the friction between the rolls and the sheet, as well as to remove the heat generated. These products, usually a mixture of synthetic hydrocarbons and supplements used as an emulsion, facilitate the reduction of sheet thickness and reduce the forces required for the rolling process.
Properties of rolling oil
- Excellent separability from water
- Oxidation stability at high temperatures (above 95oC) and resistance to the formation of acidic sludge
- It has anti-corrosion properties and resistance to high pressure.
- Contains anti-floor additives that protect the gearbox from shrinkage.
- Contains anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion additives that, like a barrier, maintain active surfaces against corrosion and corrosion.
- Suitable for spray or drip lubrication

Rolling oil
Excellent psychological quality, superb cleaning of the sheet surface due to the nature of the emulsion washing, uniform and stable sheeting, increased speed of the sheeting process and production rate, complete evaporation in the annealing process, cleaning of the sheeting unit housing, reduction of rolling friction are the characteristics of this product.
Aluminum foil heat exchanger oils and aluminum exchanger and extruder oils are used in foil manufacturing machines.
High solubility even in hard water, long-term performance, lack of bacterial growth and emulsion odor, lack of pH drop, lack of corrosion of parts and equipment, high washability and lack of stains on devices and parts, high cooling and cooling properties are among the characteristics of this oil.
Applications of rolling oil
A specific type of industrial gear oils suitable for use in helical, lateral, helical and power transmission gears in the steel, casting and rolling industries and flat and rotary chambers and rotary systems that have a defined level of quality.
